Create and edit a service

The full service form — pricing, duration, category, and everything optional.

Services are the menu your clients book from. You can manage them from either place:

  • Mobile app: Me tab → Services → tap a service to edit, or + New.
  • Dashboard: Services in the sidebar.

The essentials

  • Name — what clients see on your booking page.
  • Price — the full price. (Deposits, if any, are a portion of this paid up front.)
  • Duration — how long the appointment takes. This drives which time slots clients are offered, so make it realistic.
  • Category — groups services on your booking page (e.g., Full Sets, Fills, Lifts). See Categories and display order.

The optional layers

Each has its own guide:

  • Description & image — shown to clients on your booking page.
  • Add-ons — optional extras clients pick while booking.
  • Deposit — paid at booking.
  • Buffer times — setup/cleanup padding around the appointment.
  • Booking window & availability — limit when this service can be booked.

Editing existing services

Open the service and change anything — the edit form carries all the same settings as creation. Price changes apply to future bookings; appointments already on your calendar keep the price they were booked at.

Retiring a service

Don't delete a service just to hide it — see Deactivate or delete a service for why deactivating is usually what you want.
