Booking windows and per-service availability

Limit when a specific service can be booked, separately from your working hours.

Your working hours apply to everything. On top of them, each service can carry its own restrictions — useful when one offering shouldn't follow your normal schedule.

What you can restrict per service

In the service's settings (Me → Services in the app, or Services on the dashboard):

  • Booking window — a date range when the service is bookable. Perfect for seasonal offers ("holiday glam through Dec 31") or launching something on a set date.
  • Day and time availability — limit the service to certain days or hours. Maybe full sets only on days you start fresh, or lifts only in the mornings.

Clients simply don't see slots for the service outside its restrictions — no explanation needed on your part.

How it stacks with everything else

A slot is offered only if it passes every layer: your working hours, the service's own availability, your booking rules (minimum notice, max advance), buffers, and existing bookings. The service restrictions can only narrow availability, never open time your working hours don't cover — for that, use a one-off open slot.

See How availability works for the full picture — and if a service mysteriously shows no times, its own window is one of the first things to check.
