My clients can't see any openings

The checklist for when your calendar looks free but your booking page shows nothing.

Your calendar shows open time, but a client says there's nothing to book. One of these layers is hiding the slots — work down the list.

The checklist

  1. Minimum notice (the #1 culprit). If your Booking Rules require, say, 24 hours' notice, clients never see today's openings — even though you do. Check Settings → Booking Rules → Minimum notice on the dashboard.
  2. Working hours. Is the day actually within your weekly hours (Me → Working Hours)? Days set to off offer nothing.
  3. Maximum advance booking. Looking too far ahead? Clients can't book past your advance limit (Booking Rules).
  4. Buffers. The gap in your calendar has to fit the service plus its buffer. A 60-minute hole can't take a 60-minute service with a 15-minute buffer. See Buffer times.
  5. The service's own restrictions. Booking window expired? Day/time availability set? Check the service's settings — see Booking windows.
  6. Blocked time. Anything blocked on the Today view for that day?
  7. Books Closed. If your books are closed, the page shows the waitlist instead of times.
  8. Fill restriction. For fill services: if the client's last full set is older than your fill restriction allows, fills won't be offered to them (Booking Rules).
  9. Deposit but no Stripe. If the service requires a deposit, payments must be connected for clients to complete booking.

The fastest diagnostic

Open your own booking page in a private browser window and try to book the exact service and day your client wanted — you'll see what they see. Remember you aren't subject to notice/advance limits when booking in the app, which is why your side can look different.
