Set your working hours

Choose the days and hours clients can book with you.

Your working hours are the weekly schedule clients can book within. Clients only see appointment times that fall inside these hours (and outside your existing appointments and blocked time).

On the mobile app

  1. Go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Working Hours.
  3. Turn each day on or off and set the start and end times.
  4. Tap Save Hours.

On the dashboard

Go to Settings → Availability and set the same weekly schedule there.

Good to know

  • Your hours are interpreted in your studio's timezone (set during signup; you can change it in Settings on the dashboard).
  • Need a one-off exception? You don't have to change your weekly hours:
    • To take a client outside your normal hours, add a one-off open slot.
    • To make yourself unavailable inside your normal hours, block the time.
    • Both are covered in Block time and one-off open slots.
  • Booking is also shaped by your booking rules — minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book, and buffer time between appointments. See How availability works.
