Download the Mila iOS app and understand what lives on mobile vs. the dashboard.
The Mila iOS app is built for your day-to-day: seeing your schedule, booking and checking out clients, and running consultations from your phone.
Set up
- Download Mila from the App Store (iOS).
- Sign in with the same email and password you use on the dashboard.
- Allow notifications if you want booking alerts on your phone.
Note: you can't create a new account from the app — accounts are created on the web first. See Create your account.
What's in the app
- Today — your daily schedule; book, confirm, check in, reschedule, cancel, and check out appointments; block time or add a one-off open slot
- Clients — your full client list, profiles, notes, photos, and cards on file
- Business — your revenue by day, week, month, year, or a custom range
- Me — working hours, services, your plan and usage
- Lash Consultations — AI-styled lash previews from a client photo
- Mila — the built-in assistant (tap the ✦) that can look up your schedule, clients, revenue, and availability
What stays on the dashboard
Some things are managed on the web dashboard at dashboard.milabook.com: your booking page's look, booking rules and policies, deposits and payment settings, products, gift cards, discount codes, email campaigns, courses, intake forms, reviews, waitlist, detailed reports, and account/billing settings.
The two stay in sync — anything you do in the app shows up on the dashboard immediately, and vice versa.
